THE Tutuban Center located along Dagupan Street and C.M. Recto in the heart of bustling Divisoria has become a favorite among bargain hunters and boasts of a popular night market. To celebrate this month of May, the management of Tutuban Center joins the rest of the country in celebrating the Santacruzan, a parade of beautiful clothes, beautiful women, dashing men and, let’s not forget, religious devotion.

This year, the Tutuban Center’s Santacruzan invited super model Ms. Melanie Marquez and showbiz teen star Nadine Samonte to grace the event. Fans and shoppers filled the outdoor activity area of the Tutuban Center and happily took pictures. So did One Philippines.
